    What a great start to 2018!

    The club travelled to Penistone to enjoy a training seminar with Great Britains very own Double World Champion Bianca Walkden who was joined by former Scorpion Aaron Cook.

    Next up was the Presidents Childrens Cup in Sindelfingen Germany 3rd/4th February 2018. We had 3 girls competing and all did a fantastic job.

    Saturday saw Holly Frost competing for the first time as a Cadet in -33kgs, Holly faced Turkey losing out on a very close match by referees decision after drawing the match 5-5.

    Sunday saw Isabelle & Elizabeth Adamsons competing. Isabelle competing for the first time Internationally as a Cadet in -29kgs where she faced oneof the favourites of the division from Belgium Hanne Waerzeggers, Isabelle gave a great performance but went out to the eventual finallist of the competition. 6year old Elizabeth Adamsons won BRONZE medal in her first ever international competing in the -22kgs Advanced group losing to the eventual winner from Serbia in her semi final match. Congratulations Girls you were awsome!

    7th February 2018 saw chief Instructor/Coach Peter Adamsons appointed Vice Chairman of World Taekwondo Europes Games Committee

    Northern Youth Championships Bradford 11th February 2018 - We took a small Team of 6 over to Bradford winning 5 medals.

    GOLD medals were won by Elizabeth Adamsons (STC) winning two matches aganist Kangchul & Warrior in peewee female -22kgs. Elizabeth also won a trophy for the BEST Peewee. FANTASTIC! GOLD was also won by Cody Glen (TM) in peewee -24kgs winning three matches on his way to winning his group. Other medals were won by Kian Reynolds (TM) Cadet -41kgs, Daniel Brown (STC) Junior -59kgs & Cobhan Mclelland (STC) also Junior -59kgs who all won BRONZE.

    15th February - We put forward 3 of our players for the GB Wider Team Cadet Squad 2018 who were invited to attend squad sessions at Great Britains National Taekwondo Centre in Manchester. Well done and good luck to, Isabelle Adamsons, Holly Frost and Kian Reynolds, we hope they enjoy the experience!

    Scorpion 1-1 Competition 25th February - Great day in Barnsley for the Team with Scorpions hosting a 1-1 competition. we had some great performances from Novices and first timers to some more experienced players! Well done to everyone who competed or volunteered to help out you all made it a superb day! Some pictures below
